THE MSP CATALOGUE IS AVAILABLE

The MSP Catalogue is available.

Catalogue of marine geographic data of the Macaronesia developed by the Ecoaqua University Institute is now available.

The objective of this catalogue is to compile all the marine geographic information in the area of the Macaronesia in order to support the processes of Maritime Spatial Planning (MSP).

The implementation of this catalogue is part of the objectives of the activity 2.2.2 and has given rise to an inventory with all the information gathered during the development of the PLASMAR project is collected.

The catalogue has references on a wide range of subjects and suppliers, and has two types of classifications to facilitate searches, including themes normalised by the INSPIRE directive (https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/theme).

The catalogue currently has more than 500 records, and this number is expected to increase in the coming weeks.
