Entre los días 19 y 23 de noviembre de 2018 tuvo lugar en Lanzarote(España) la ‘International Conference MICRO 2018, Fate and Impact of Microplastics in Marine Ecosystems: From the Coastline to the Open Sea’.
Se presentaron, en el marco del del Proyecto PLASMAR, 5 trabajos sobre microplásticos titulados:
1. Deep Learning vs Classical Computer Vision Techniques for Microplastics Classification
2. Microplastic pollution on Gran Canaria island beaches
3. May waterborne polyethylene afect gilthead sea bream eggs hatching and hatchlings survival, by inducing changes in lipid metabolism?
4. Are drifting microplastics entry vectors of alien species in the Canary Islands?
5. Assesment of semi-persistent and emerging pollutants in microplastics on four Canary Islands beaches
